Shipping destinations and charges

Shipping availability depends on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Enter your address at checkout to see the available shipping options and total shipping charge before paying. There is no storewide free-shipping offer.

Processing and delivery

Our supplier partners fulfill orders directly. Processing times vary by product and supplier. Available delivery estimates appear with shipping options at checkout. Carrier transit estimates may not include processing time and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders with multiple items

Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking details. Shipping charges may be combined at checkout; adding an item from another supplier can increase the total charge.

Delivery questions

Check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. For questions about an item, shipping option, delayed delivery or an order that arrives damaged, email furavelo.support@gmail.com. Include your order number for an existing purchase, and photos of damaged items and packaging when relevant.
